    Order Processing

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—The BatBank is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    Shipping Times

    Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Typical delivery estimates are:

    • United States: 5–12 business days

    • International Orders: 7–20 business days

    These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors.

    Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and selected shipping method. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

    International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.

    Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

    Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
    The BatBank is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, stuck in transit, misdelivered, or stolen once marked as delivered.
    If an issue occurs, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier-related problems.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer

    If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

    Order Issues / Missing Items

    If your order arrives damaged or missing an item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
