Lost or Stolen Packages
The BatBank is not responsible for:

If this happens, we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier, but refunds cannot be issued for carrier-related issues.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Orders cannot be refunded or replaced if the package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.
Refunds (If Applicable)
